Ceilidh Bands - Barn Dance Bands - Folk Bands
Booking a ceilidh band or barn dance band is a wonderful way of providing a full evenings entertainment and is particularly popular for weddings and staff parties. Many people will have been to this type of event before but no experience is necessary. The band will bring along a “caller” to keep people in check and make sure everyone knows what they are doing.
For an evening event, the bands will typically provide three to four hours of music and dancing and the PA can be used to play your own music before and after the event and during any breaks. Playing your own choice of song for a first dance is also a common request!
