Nostalgia Steel Band has a history that goes back to the 1950’s in the UK, having also taken part in every Notting Hill carnival to date. The band has a proven track record for reliability, punctuality and quality of music.

Born and raised in Manchester, England, I began playing the pan at the age of 11 in a primary school steelband Perhaps due to my Afro-Caribbean origins, I felt almost instantaneously at ease with the pan, and the Calypso/Soca music we began learning.

Sofia was born in the Caribbean then later migrated to England. She started playing pan at a tendered age and now performs with several bands as well as one of the UKs most popular steel pan soloists.

Pandemonium Steel Band is a Manchester based steel drum band, whose players between them have over 40 years of experience playing the pan.  Specialsts in Weddings, Caribbean evenings, and formal and informal funtions, Band One have played all over the country, even venturing as far as Paris, and Barcelona.

Rachel Hayward as been billed as  "Europe's Top Pan Woman" due to her unique achievements as a pan - player. For fourteen years Rachel Hayward has been delighting audiences throughout the UK and Europe with her eclectic mix of calypso, pop, soca, jazz, ska, reggae, MOR and popular classics!
