Gingersnap are a 5 piece band based in South Lincolnshire. The group members have many years of experience performing or playing in a variety of bands and have come together wanting to play upbeat music with the sole purpose of getting a roomful of people tapping their feet and dancing.
They've chosen songs in all styles from all decades. From Elvis and Dusty Springfield through Blondie and Abba to contemporary songs from Amy Winehouse, Duffy and The Feeling and many more. The one thing the songs have got in common though is that you won’t be able to sit still from hearing the first few bars of the introduction.
Gingersnap is a tight, well rehearsed band who stress they are professional and reliable. They know that if you are organising a function you have a thousand things to worry about. With Gingersnap, you know you will just have to book them and then sit back and relax while we take the strain of entertaining your guests. We try to involve the audience as much or as little as they are comfortable with and we’ll do our best to learn any song that has special significance to you or your guests.
