Every couple wants a special day, no matter what sort of ceremony they're planning or wherever they plan to hold it. For many years our musicians and ceilidh band have been helping to make those days memorable —
Take, for example, Gemma and Stephen’s wedding at the beautiful Devonshire Fell Hotel in Wharfedale. They wanted a guitarist who could play their choice of music (‘Why Worry’ by Dire Straits and ‘All You Need is Love’ by The Beatles) and also improvise during the ceremony:
“Just wanted to say thanks again for the music you played at our wedding. The first track is extremely special to both of us and your performance was truly lovely. I will always pass on your name to other people who require live music for any occasion. Janet and Steve opted for relaxing guitar music at their Register Office wedding in Wakefield. Mark Mawby played a selection of classical pieces by J. S. Bach, S. L. Weiss and Barrios, as well as some of his own compositions.
